Talmage Cellars Sparkling Brut
This North Coast Sparkling wine was produced using the traditional methods started by Dom Perignon over 300 years ago with the control of the secondary fermentation in the bottle. This fermentation produces the familiar fizz of carbon dioxide that makes this wine effervesce. After aging and riddling, the process of inverting the bottles and removing the yeast sediment, the bottles are topped up and corked. This wine should be consumed within 2 years of release.
