Talmage Cellars 2003 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon has generous amounts of plum, cassis,
chocolate covered cherries, eucalyptus and integrated oak which pour
from the glass. The rich flavor and mouthfeel speak of a wine that
will stand the test of time. The tannins are smooth and the wine
finishes brilliantly with balanced acidity and tasty fruit. This wine
will pair perfectly with grilled lamb as well as most rich dishes such
as seared rib-eye steak or gnocchi in a rich bolognese sauce.
Talmage Cellars 2002 Central Coast Merlot
This Merlot displays all the attributes that make this varietal so
popular: bright aromas and flavors of smooth black cherry,
blackberries, and cranberry with hints of mint and spice, supported by
a soft, supple tannins and bright acidity. Enjoy this wine with
chicken, pork, creamy polenta, macaroni and cheese, and
butternut-squash ravioli with tomato cream sauce.
Talmage Cellars 2006 Monterey County Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has wonderful aromas of pear, apple and tropical fruit
framed with a light touch of toasty oak. Crisp and balanced on the
palette, this wine is the perfect party aperitif or accompaniment to
soft cheeses and light hors d' oeuvres. Other dishes to serve with
this wine include crab cakes, pesto, lemon chicken, grilled salmon, or
macaroni and cheese.

This Talmage Cellars Sparkling Cava has a pale color with a fine and persistent mousse.
The aromas of apple, honey and gardenia are accented with a light touch of
sweetness. The flavor is a balance of the crisp acidity and fresh fruit followed
with a finish of the harmonious palate cleansing effervescence.
