Q. What wines will I receive each month?
A. Club Select members receive two different wine selections each month. Club Elite members receive four bottles, two of each different wine selection. Depending on the type of wines you selected - all reds, all whites, or one of each - members will receive a selection of varietals in those categories handcrafted primarily by local California winemakers. WineShop At Home is proud to feature wines that are typically not available in stores, and many exclusively available through our network of independent wine consultants.
Q. How does WineShop At Home select the wines?
A. Wine Shop At Home's primary wine buyer is our co-founder and CEO, John Lynch. John has been tasting and selecting wines for more than a decade, and has built a reputation for discovering great wines at an incredible value. A native Californian living near the wine country, John has developed close relationships with local winemakers and periodically handcrafted wines exclusively for WineShop At Home.
Q. What should I do if a wine is "corked" or leaking?
A. If you receive a wine that is corked (smells musty) or wine is leaking from the cork, please contact our customer service department at 1-800WineShop (1-800-946-3746) and we will send you a replacement wine at no additional charge. Due to shipping temperature variations or compromised corks, wine leakage can occur. Crystals and sediment in wine is naturally occurring and not an indication of quality. We encourage our customers to always sample a wine first before determining there may be a problem with the wine.

We are sorry but our Independent Wine Consultants are not allowed to accept wine club shipments on behalf of customers.
Q. When will I be billed for my Wine Club?
A. New members will be billed and shipped upon enrolling in the wine club. After the initial shipment, members will then be billed the 1st business day of each month, and shipped on the 15th.
