Director of Customer Service
Mark Hansen is a contact center veteran of 12 years who has held previous management positions in 2 high-volume contact centers. He has an extensive background in retailing; significant experience in human resources and has developed and delivered training programs at other retailers. Mark is an experienced staff developer and project manager. Prior to joining WineShop At Home, Mark managed a 20-member Contact Center Team at another wine company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and loves to commute to work by bicycle.
