This delicious recipe for Balsamic Herb Grilled Lamb Chops pairs perfectly with the Glory Cellars 2013 Hero’s Blend.
1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar, water, rosemary and mustard in small bowl. Place lamb chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
