This delicious recipe for Goat Cheese with Herbes de Provence pairs perfectly with the McKenna 2016 Sauvignon Blanc.
1. Mix Herbes de Provence and lavender on plate. Roll goat cheese in the Herbes de Provence mixture until well coated. Cover.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut goat cheese into slices using serrated knife. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit.
