Lemon and Herb Baked Fish

This delicious recipe for Lemon and Herb Baked Fish pairs perfectly with the Homage Cellars 2017 Viognier.


1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange lemon slices in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Place salmon on top of lemon slices.

2. Brush salmon with oil. Sprinkle evenly with Seasoning.

3. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
