This delicious recipe for Six-Spice Maple Cornish Hens pairs perfectly with Credia Red Wine.
1. Mix spices in small bowl. Set aside.
2. Split each hen in half. Brush with oil. Rub with spice mixture; coat well.
3. Broil or grill over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes per side or until hens are cooked through. Brush with maple syrup; broil or grill 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with green onion before serving.
