Creamy Pasta & Veggie Salad
This delicious recipe for Creamy Pasta & Veggie Salad pairs perfectly with Sun Fish 2018 Mola Tecta.
- 8 Ounce(s) Uncooked rotini pasta
- 1/3 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup(s) Sour cream
- 1/4 Cup(s) French's Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Cider vinegar
- 3 Cup(s) Cut-up vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes or peas
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.
2. Mix mayo, sour cream, mustard and vinegar in large bowl. Add pasta and vegetables; toss until well mixed.
3. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
