Ingredients

  • 1 Package OLD BAY® Classic Crab Cake Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 1 Pound(s) Fresh crabmeat drained and cartilage removed
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Vegetable oil
  • Old Bay® Tartar Sauce

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine Crab Cake Mix and mayo.

2. Add crabmeat and gently toss until well blended.

3. Shape into 24 balls.

4. Fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown turning once.

5. Drain on paper towels.

6. Serve with tartar sauce.
