Ingredients

  • 2 Pound(s) Beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 Tablespoon(s) Gluten-free flour
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Oil
  • 1 Package McCormick® Gluten-Free Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
  • 3 Cup(s) Water
  • 2 Cup(s) Cubed peeled potatoes
  • 1 Cup(s) Onion chunks
  • 1 Cup(s) Sliced carrots
  • 1 Cup(s) Sliced celery

Directions

1. Coat beef with gluten-free flour. Heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add beef; cook until browned on all sides.

2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water.

3. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Thicken stew with additional gluten-free flour, if desired.
