Elance Cellars Lodi Reserve Cuvée

The Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc grapes they bear have been improving for the last six years, gaining in maturity with every vintage. This dry, red wine offers a mix of fruit in the nose, such as blackberry, cherry, blueberry and plum. Later, herbal aromas like thyme, toasted oak and cedar come forward. The mouthfeel offers a wonderful continuity of fruit with the addition of layers of tannins. The Syrah addition to the blend makes this wine round and approachable now. The silky and smooth mouthfeel will only increase over time. This is an elegant reserve-level wine.
