Figurative 2022 Napa Valley Rosè

Our Napa Valley Rosé was produced using saignée, a technique in which the grape skins macerate for a few hours with the juice to produce the color. The amount of soak time determines how dark the final wine will be. Our 2022 Figurative Rosé has red fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cantaloupe and lemon, along with light floral and earthy tones. The red fruit flavors come forward in the mouth as well, along with pear and apple. The attack is dry and spicy.
