Our 2020 Adagio (pronounced ah-daj-ee-oh) Cabernet Sauvignon was produced in the Eastern Spanish region of Yecla near the Mediterranean Sea. This wine displays dark and red fruits like blueberry, cherry and black currant. Notes of brown sugar, cedar and cacao coat the finish.
This wine has a nice mouthfeel, short-to-medium length and intensity. The mid-palate is compact. There is acidity in the finish which is always a gauge of balance and longevity. This bottle is true to Cabernet Sauvignon without oak influences and will benefit from thirty minutes of decanting prior to serving.
