Our Broadmoore Estates California Red Trails is a blend of 35% Zinfandel, 20% Merlot, 20% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petite Sirah and 7% Cabernet Franc. It features dark red fruit characters in the nose such as blackberry, cherry and blueberry. Later, more aromas like coffee, licorice and prune are present. This is a sweet red blend with a medium to strong body. This wine has some tannins from the fruit, power from the alcohol and a good overall strength to support the predominant sweetness.

The pleasant, round mouthfeel will pair easily with Mexican food, mildly-spiced Asian food, meatloaf or chocolate desserts. Enjoy it with the featured recipe: Honey Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry.
