Our Cookie Cellars Biscotti is a red blend of 40% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Zinfandel, 11% Ruby Cabernet and 9% Merlot that displays a dark purple color in the glass. The nose opens to jammy red fruit flavors such as strawberry and raspberry. This luscious red wine has traces of oak toast, which present as coconut. This is an off-dry red blend with a fairly strong body. It has a smooth attack with a mid-palate and finish that is coated in tannins. This wine has a great balance of all these components and a good amount of acidity for ageing.
