Our Halcyon 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the cool climate of Monterey and shows its maturity beautifully. Red wines grown in cool climates maintain aromas and acidity very well. This wine displays mature aromas of cherry, black currant and blackberry. The nose finishes with aromas of vanilla, mocha and luscious toasted oak. A generous mouth provides great balance and plenty of power. The mid-palate is juicy and fruity with the same dark red fruit from the nose.
