Our Harlow Court Private Reserve is a blend of 39% Sangiovese, 23% Petite Sirah, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has an intense, dark garnet color. The nose has powerful aromas of red fruit such as cherry and blackberry. A second nose reveals more mature flavors coming forward, with black pepper, caramel, dry herbs, tobacco and toasted oak. Even with fresh fruit flavors in the very beginning, this wine becomes dense and robust in the mid-palate. Layers of tannins pave the way to an attractive and elegant finish.
