Our Table Red Wine is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Ruby Cabernet, 15% Syrah, 15% Petite Sirah and 10% Cab Franc and has a rich color with a nose of red fruit such as black currant, black cherry and raspberry. A few seconds later, aromas of toasted oak appear with dominant whisky characters from American oak barrel ageing. These flavors come forward in the attack of the mouth, with power and light tannins that are provided by the alcohol. The mouthfeel is round overall with a medium intensity. This wine develops fruit flavors with raspberry and strawberry flavors emerging in the finish.
