Our Revel 2016 Tempranillo was grown in the Lodi area of California. Right from the start, notes of spice, pepper, smoke and savory, meaty characters are present in the attack. Berry aromas then come forward. Cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry aromas are powerful and concentrated. This Tempranillo is still young, tannic, round and elegant but already displays maturity in the mouthfeel. Its tannins are softening, which extends the length without overpowering the body.
