This 2019 Semillon offers a nose of lemon, lime, apricot and pineapple. Aged on its lees for several months, this tank-aged white wine received a precise medium French oak treatment to enhance its flavors and aging potential. The nose is powerful and rich with notes creamy vanilla in the finish. The sur lees aging also enhances the mouthfeel with a round attack. This is a high-octane wine with volume and length. The minerality and acidity create a balanced wine perfect for pairing.
