Overview
Our 2021 Sun Fish Chardonnay was made from a single sustainably-grown vineyard in northwest Lodi.
The terroir has lower-fertility, clay-based and stony soils, ideal for winegrowing. Aged on the lees for six months, this Chardonnay has a powerful, rich nose with lemon, lime, rose petals and acacia flowers. This stainless-steel-aged wine has ample volume in the mouth. Along with citrus characters of lemon and orange zest, it offers a dry, mineral mouthfeel and a medium finish.
