Our Fleur Bleu White Bouquet is comprised of 34% Chardonnay, 27% Muscat, 22% Viognier and 17% Roussanne varietals from four different regions in California. These components were fermented separately in stainless-steel tanks to keep their individual aromatic intensity. This wine has a beautiful pale color with ripe aromas. You can find pear, apple, nectarine, peach and a hint of brown sugar in the nose. This dry to off-dry white blend is round and compact in the attack. There is a balance of acidity, which provides a very crisp and pleasant mouthfeel. This medium-bodied wine reveals citrus notes all the way through to the finish.
Pair it with seafood, grilled fish, roasted turkey, chicken or a platter of assorted cheeses. Enjoy it with the featured recipe: Grilled Vegetable Antipasto Bruschetta.
