Our Sun Fish 2018 Chardonnay was produced in the Lodi region of California. From the outset, the nose evokes citrus notes of lemon as well as apricot and apple aromas. This wine is very creamy and buttery with light vanilla toasted oak aromas in the finish as the result of the malolactic fermentation process it underwent. This wine has a smooth attack with a good intensity and body. After a few moments, this wine showcases its balanced mouthfeel with acidity, tannins and alcohol.
