Our young Ceres 2018 Symphony was produced in the Lodi region and is bursting with seductive fruit flavors. This sweet wine will continue to develop over two to three years as its aromas of grapefruit, orange, orange blossom and lychee mature. A comparatively newer varietal, Symphony is well-known for floral notes of gardenia, honeysuckle and star jasmine. The attack has a good kick of acidity that is quickly subdued by a lingering sweetness. This is an off-dry to sweet wine that is very well-balanced and easy to drink. The finish is crisp and clean with some mineral characters.
Serve it with Indian curry-based dishes, spicy Thai food or savory pastries. Try it with the featured recipe: Creamy Farro Risotto with Peas and Mushrooms.
