Our new Credia Red Wine (cred-ee-aah) displays a rich nose that is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Zinfandel, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc and starts with a combination of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. The nose then reveals vanilla, toasted oak and black pepper aromas. The ageing of this wine took place with a touch of neutral and new oak, which provides great amplitude in the attack. Behind the fruity components of black currant and blackberry, there are big, chewy tannins. This dry red blend has a medium intensity and a long finish.
