Our Elance Cellars 2018 Chardonnay from the Central Coast of California starts with aromas of Meyer lemon, guava and ripe pineapple. Rich flavors of brown sugar, vanilla and toasted oak take over the finish. This Chardonnay received contact with oak to help the aging process, which over time marries the tannins from the fruit and the oak. In the mouth, citrus characters are present in the attack. This wine has pleasant structure and a good amount of tannins in the mouthfeel.
