Our Fleur Bleu Seven Petals Blend takes the magic blending of 30% Cabernet Franc, 21% Zinfandel, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot, 6% Pinot Noir, 5% Merlot and 4% Petite Sirah to the next level. Seven varietals each contribute, at their own level, to this pyramid of flavors. This red blend brims with dark fruit aromas in the nose, such as black currant, cherry, prune and blackberry. The powerful nose showcases mocha, tobacco, chocolate, pepper and toasted oak notes in the finish. The attack and the mouthfeel are round and dry. This wine has a medium to long finish and very good balance.
