Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Dry white wine

  • 1 Ounce Dark rum

  • 1/2 Ounce Vanilla syrup

  • 1 Ounce Pineapple juice

  • 1 Lime slices and grilled pineapple chunks (optional)

  • Ice

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add wine, dark rum, vanilla syrup, and pineapple juice and shake well.

3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with lime and grilled pineapple (optional).
