Our Wine Club
The world is our vineyard. We'll navigate your senses through a world of appellations, varietals and styles to bring you delicious Wine Club selections every month. Unbox, uncork and enjoy happiness in every sip!
2-Bottle Wine Club Members receive two different wine selections each month. 4-Bottle Wine Club Members receive four bottles, two of each different wine selection. Depending on the Membership you select, you will receive a selection of varietals in those categories.
We can ship our wines, Wine Club & gifts to customers in the United States. Please view a list of our service areas here.
Wine Club shipments are sent via ground shipping from our Home Winery in California by mid-month, barring any weather delays or other factors.
Your Wine Club is shipped via a ground carrier with an adult signature required. If you are not going to be home to receive your wine, you may have it sent to a hold location such as Walgreens. Your Wine Consultant cannot accept Wine Club shipments on your behalf. Shipping for either the 2-bottle and 4-bottle Membership is included in the price. Tax and tax on shipping may apply, depending on location.
You can shop for wines on your Wine Consultant’s website. If you have any questions about a specific wine, please contact your Wine Consultant or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
You will be charged when you purchase your initial Wine Club Membership. This will enroll you in the Club. You are then billed on the 1st of each month thereafter. For example, if you join on the 25th of the month, your first shipment will immediately be on its way to you. You’ll then be billed on the 1st of the following month for the next month’s shipment.
You can switch your Membership type at any time, but be sure to do it a minimum of 3 days prior to the next billing date if you want the subsequent shipment to reflect your changes.
Log in to your account and select "Subscriptions". Click "Edit" next to your Wine Club or Sip & Save Membership and then make any necessary changes. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at help@wineshopathome.com.
If you’re going on vacation, are in the middle of moving, just starting a cleanse, or for any other reason, you can choose to skip or cancel. After 3 consecutive skips, your Wine Club Membership will be cancelled.
