  • 1/4 Cup Sparkling wine

  • Blood orange juice

  • Ice

Directions

1. Fill a glass half full with ice. Add the juice of half a blood orange.

2. Add white wine and top with a splash of sparkling. Garnish with blood orange slices.

3. Tip: Leave pulpy bits of blood orange on top of the ice for effect.
