Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Port wine

  • 1/2 Cup Dark chocolate, finely chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder

  • 3 Cups Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar (or to taste)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Marshmallows (optional)

  • Chocolate sauce (optional)

Directions

1. Warm the milk in a pan over a medium heat and whisk in the chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sugar and salt until the chocolate has melted and everything is combined.

2. Stir in the Port and serve with whipped cream, marshmallows and chocolate sauce (optional).
