Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar-free white wine, chilled

  • 1 Cup Club soda or lemon-lime seltzer, chilled

  • 4 Mint leaves

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • Lime slices for garnish (optional)

  • 6 drops of Stevia (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

1. Muddle the mint with lime juice and Stevia.

2. Add wine and club soda, mix and then pour over ice.

3. Serve with slices of lime as garnish (optional).
