Mushroom and Onion Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

  • 2 Cups Sliced mushrooms

  • 1 Medium onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 Pound Lean ground beef

  • 1 Tablespoon McCormickยฎ Grill Matesยฎ Garden Vegetable Seasoning

  • 4 Swiss cheese slices

  • 4 Hamburger rolls

Directions

1.ย Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Set aside.

2. Mix ground beef and Seasoning until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.

3. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ยฐF). Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.

4. Serve burgers on rolls topped with mushroom and onion mixture, lettuce and desired condiments.
