1. Season steak with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
2. Heat oil in large heavy skillet, preferably cast iron, on medium-high heat. Working in batches as needed, sear steak bites until browned and a crust forms on the outside, making sure the middle is still tender. Remove steak bites from skillet to a large plate. Carefully drain skillet.ย
3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, heat until melted. Stir in crushed red pepper. Remove skillet from heat. Return steak bites to pan, tossing to coat in butter.
4. Serve immediately, drizzled with Frankโs RedHotยฎ Garlic Parmesan Wings Sauce and garnished with chopped parsley. Serve with extra Wings Sauce on the side for dipping, if desired. ย
