Creamy Lime Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/3 Cup Butter, melted

  • 2 Cups Granulated sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Flour

  • 1 Cup Sweetened condensed milk

  • 6 Eggs

  • 2 Teaspoons McCormickยฎ Pure Lime Extract

  • Confectioners' sugar

Directions

1.ย Preheat oven to 325ยฐF. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch foil-lined square baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. Stir granulated sugar and flour with wire whisk in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over crust.

3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Lift out of pan onto cutting board. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with confectionersโ€™ sugar, if desired. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
