Pumpkin Pecan Pie

This delicious recipe for Pumpkin Pecan Pie pairs perfectly with Season's Greetings Semi-Seco Sparkling.

Ingredients

  • 1 Refrigerated pie crust (from 14.1 ounce package)

  • 1 Can (15 ounces) pumpkin

  • 1/4 Cup Granulated sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons Flour

  • 2 Teaspoons McCormickยฎ Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 4 Teaspoons McCormickยฎ All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract, divided

  • 2 Cups Coarsely chopped pecans

  • 1/2 Cup Firmly packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Light corn syrup

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, melted

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Prepare crust as directed on package for one-crust pie using 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Mix pumpkin, granulated sugar, eggs, flour, pumpkin pie spice and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla in medium bowl until well blended and smooth. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle pecans evenly over pumpkin layer.

2. Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, remaining 1 tablespoon vanilla and salt in another medium bowl until smooth. Slowly pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.

3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until just set in center. Cool completely on wire rack.
