We can ship our wines, Wine Club & gifts to customers in the following states:

When will I receive my monthly shipment?
Wine Club shipments are typically sent via ground shipping from our Home Winery location in California by the 15th of each month, barring weather delays and other factors.
How are the wines shipped?
Your Wine Club is shipped via a ground carrier with an adult signature required. If you are not home to receive wine shipments, you may have them sent to your office or a neighbor’s home. Your Wine Consultant cannot accept the Wine Club shipments on your behalf. Shipping for either the 2-bottle and 4-bottle Membership is included in the price. Tax and tax on shipping may apply, depending on location.
Can I re-order the wines I receive?
You can shop for wines on your Wine Consultant’s website. If you have any questions about a specific wine, please contact your Wine Consultant for assistance.
When will I be charged for my Wine Club shipment?
You will be charged when you purchase your initial Wine Club Membership. This will enroll you in the Club. You are then billed on the 1st of each month thereafter. For example, if you join on the 25th of the month, your first shipment will immediately be on its way to you. You’ll then be billed on the 1st of the following month for the next month’s shipment.
Can I change how many bottles or the types of wines I receive?
You can switch your Membership type at any time. Simply contact your Wine Consultant or our customer service department at [email protected] to make the request.
What if I need to cancel my Membership or skip a shipment?
If you need to cancel for any reason, you may do so after the first shipment. Simply contact your Wine Consultant or call us directly at 1-800-946-3746 during normal business hours: Monday-Friday: 7 am – 6 pm, Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm Pacific. Or you can email [email protected] requesting to cancel your Membership.
If you’re going on vacation, are in the middle of moving, just starting a cleanse, or for any other reason, you can also choose to skip a shipment. Just reach out to us with advance notice and we can help you.
