Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup(s) Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Toasted Sesame Seed
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon(s) McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon(s) McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon(s) McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Ginger
  • 1 1/2 Pound(s) Boneless New York strip steak

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
