Lemon Pepper Fish
This delicious recipe for Lemon Pepper Fish pairs perfectly with McKenna 2022 Sauvignon Blanc.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Butter
- 2 Tablespoon(s) White wine
- 2 Teaspoon(s) McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon(s) McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 Pound(s) Tilapia filets
Directions
1. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add wine and seasonings; mix well. Place fish on broiler pan. Brush butter mixture over fish.
2. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Or, bake in preheated 375°F oven 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
