Ingredients
- 1/2 Bottle of red wine
- 1 Pint(s) Dark chocolate raspberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce or raspberry sauce
- Seltzer
- Whipped cream
Directions
1. Rim the insides of glasses with chocolate or raspberry sauce.
2. Scoop ice cream and pour over the red wine.
3. Top off with seltzer and serve with a big dollop of whipped cream (if you dare!).
