Italian Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Bone-in chicken parts

  • 2 Pounds Potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 Medium onion, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 Medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 Tablespoon McCormickยฎ Perfect Pinchยฎ Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Lawryโ€™sยฎ Seasoned Salt

Directions

1.ย Preheat oven to 425ยฐF. Toss chicken, potatoes, onion and bell pepper with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and seasoned salt; toss to coat well.

2. Arrange chicken and vegetables in single layer on foil-lined large shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

3. Roast 30 minutes. Turn chicken and stir vegetables. Roast 15 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
