Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

This delicious recipe for Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas pairs perfectly with 1883 Reserve The Wolf Chardonnay.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips

  • 1 Medium onion, cut into strips

  • 2 Bell peppers, cut into strips

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 Package McCormickยฎ Fajita Seasoning Mix

  • 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Toss chicken and vegetables with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix; toss to coat.

2. Spread chicken and vegetables evenly on large foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.

3. Spoon mixture into tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

4. Serve with assorted toppings, such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, cilantro and chopped tomatoes.
